# 59 - What’s the best way for me to find the answer to my question using your FAQ system?

There is no one best way to search our FAQ system. Since all of the questions we have received from users of our service are listed in the FAQ database, you will certainly find the answer you are looking for. The FAQ database has three ways to find your question's answer:

Category:
When you enter into the FAQ system, you are immediately provided with a top level of categories that contain the subjects that are most frequently asked. Just click on the category where you think your answer might be, and a list of questions will appear according to the frequency with which they are asked.

Search:
Located in the menu on every page is the "Search" option. To use this function, just enter terms or keywords that describe your problem, for example, "form," and the top answers to your questions will appear listed by the frequency with which they are asked.

Top FAQs:
Users are also able to learn from other users of our FAQ system. Select "Top FAQs" from the menu bar located on each page, and two options will appear--the most searched and the most visited questions and categories.

# 9 What should I do if the answer to my question is not in the FAQ system?

Every question received from our visitors is entered into our FAQ database. As a result, it is very likely that you will find the answer that you need. However, if after a reasonable number of searches of our FAQ system you are unable to locate the answer to your question, you may email our Support Team at info@ranking.com

# 62 What are the most frequently asked questions?

Users are also able to learn from other users of our FAQ system. Select "Top FAQs" from the menu bar located on each page, and two options will appear--the most searched and the most visited questions and categories.

The Most Searched Option will display the top ten searches and the last ten searches. The "Top 10 Searches" section displays the keywords searched and how many times they have been searched for. The "Last 10 Searches" section displays the date and word searched for.

Users are also able to see the most visited categories in our FAQ system. Just select "Top FAQs" from the menu option, then select "Most Visited" from the dropdown option. From there, you will see the most visited categories and how many times each has been visited.

# 61 How do I search the database?

Located in the menu on every page is the "Search" option. Select it, and you will be redirected to our "Search the FAQ System" page. To use this function, just enter terms or keywords that describe your problem, for example, "form error," and the top answers to your questions will appear listed by the frequency with which they are asked.
